Grateful
This coming Saturday she told me that she’s going to cook a big meal for both of us. So I decided to invite some friends over, (aalis kasi ang amo ko! kaya habang wala ang pusa… maglalandi ang daga!) the one’s who haven’t tasted her cooking yet… Cooking ng ina! I just hope to eat this on Saturday! - chicken satay and papaya salad for apps and phad thai, sukiyaki or phad phak for entree ohhh I just can’t wait for Saturday!!!
But the thing is she doesn’t want me to eat same thing over-and-over again. I might get bored or tired daw… Hindi ah!
I love this phad thai… It’s to die for!

special sauce (chop chili, garlic, shallots, fish sauce, lime and sugar awwww…)

Para akong nakahanap ng instant nanny/chauffeur diba? Na charity pa. LOL.
