I have alot of self-esteem, which is amazing. Cause I am probably somebody who wouldn't necessarily have alot of self-esteem... As I am considered a Minority.
As soon as I got up, I took a quick shower, and drank 2 cups of coffee. (Kelangan ko ng matinding kabog sa dibdib!) My plan was to work out first. But since I got up a little late (dahil late na ako natulog na naman) mga past 9 am na late na at wala na akong time… Gusto kong matapos ng maaga for I have a family affair mamayang konti, dinner daw at formal-formalan (porma pwede?) HAHAHA…

[Tuesday] Has been really a long day for me…
It is very unusual for me to cook dinner, specially during weekdays, for I am feeling tired already from working all day, that all I could ever think of is that warm shower and my bed…
I feel so tired… and hungry last night! So, I decided to cook meself a not so fancy meal. (I feel so PG!)
One of “my smugglers” gave me longanissa. Take note that is fresh from the Philippine Islands! One word - ANSARAP!!! [Ansarap ng nakaw!] Natanong nyo na ba sa sarili nyo, bakit napakasarap ng bawal? *Erg…*
FYI lang po, this is not a breakfast! Dinner ko po iyan, kagabi. [Wala na lang pakialamanan] Gusto ko gawin ang almusal ko ng Tuesday night - para kinabukasan Wednesday ay hindi ako nag ru-rush *WHEEEEEE!*
While eating binabasa ko ang liham ni ate bago sya umalis patungo sa “La Germania” *Ate - 3 subo para sayo!, Alam kong panay matitigas na tinapay at sausage lang ang kinakain mo jan.* Mmm, nag Belgian Chocolit ka na ba? BWAHAHAH!!!

Germs are found all over the world, in all kinds of places. There are four major types of germs: bacteria, viruses, fungi, and protozoa. They can invade plants, animals, and people, and sometimes they make us sick.
You don’t get the flu or other infections randomly. You get sick when germs enter your body — usually through your mouth or nose, and those germs usually are delivered there by your hands.
Germs can spread through the inhalation of infected airborne sneeze droplets or through direct contact, such as by shaking hands. But some 80% of flu cases are contracted by touching an infected object.
Most germs, including the influenza virus, can survive for only about five minutes on your hands, but they can live for up to two days on phones, keyboards, mice and other surfaces.
Most people fear germs from shaking hands, flying in airplanes or touching bathroom doorknobs. But the dirtiest objects for office workers are phones, desks, keyboards and mice, which have orders of magnitude more germs than anything else you’re likely to come in contact with at work.
Several studies conducted in the past few years at the University of Arizona found that telephones are the most germ-infected objects in our lives, followed by desktops, water fountain handles, microwave door handles, keyboards and mice. (Famously, these studies, headed by microbiologist Charles Gerba, revealed that keyboards have 400 times more bacteria than an average toilet seat.) Here are the relative germ densities of frequently touched office equipment:
* Phone: 25,127 germs per square inch
* Desktop surface: 20,961 germs per square inch
* Keyboard: 3,295 germs per square inch
* Mouse: 1,676 germs per square inch
* Fax machine: 301 germs per square inch
* Copy machine: 69 germs per square inch
* Toilet seat: 49 germs per square inch.
