I have alot of self-esteem, which is amazing. Cause I am probably somebody who wouldn't necessarily have alot of self-esteem... As I am considered a Minority.
If you are a woman, a person of color, gay/lesbian/bisexual/trans-gender, a person of size, a person of intelligence, a person of integrity... Then you are considered a Minority in this world.

It all started with… I have to find another dentist BLAH - one who does accept my insurance PPO daw kasi, so kahit saan pwede? Hmmm all over the nation? Hahaha - May naalala ako… (PPO ang insurance ko noh - so kahit saan ako pumunta pwede! D kelangan ng referral. Kahit saan… Nationwide ito noh, all over the kwantri!) Giit ng babae, di ako nagsabi non! Sabi ko naman *May kasamang pagkamangha sa insurance nya!* Really? Kahit saan? Hahaha, huling balita ko sa Alaska ata sya nakakita ng nearest Neuro wala kasing Neuro na natangap ng PPO sa kanilang baranghey sa east coast bwehehe kasi PPO nga! Nationwide! All over the kwantri nga iyon!
Oo sa cuidad nga ako nakatira pero lahat ng mga ka-ek-ekan sa boquirin pa din nagaganap, palibhasa malapit sa factoring pinagpapartyman ko.
10 weeks ago (Tindi!) before my scheduled appointment, went to nearby dental office, *Tantantinin* (Parang background musak sa mga action movies ni WengWeng.) Nanlaki ang mga mata ko sa aking nasilayan. Sabay sabi sa aking sariling (Asan ba ako? Sabay kamot sa ulo sa itaas.) Pootah kulang na lang may maglako ng shingaling, balot, chicharon, mineral water na galing sa poso! At yong mga tao kulang na lang may dalang mga lata ng biskwit pucha. Nagaantay ng huling byahe papuntang L.A. as in Legaspi, Albay! Syet parang istasyon ng bus sa Maynila parang nasa Farinas bus station <<<— hahah plugging? Ekkk! Dental office daw ito! Hahaha… Syetness! Meron pa lang ganyan dito sa prominent shala-shalahang boquirin daw??? Malamang tong dentistang to by quantity ang drama sa PPO - pakyawan ba, kaya naman ganun kadami talaga ang pasahero nya ey shet paseyente pala, sorry!
Lagare kung lagare! Dahil pagkatapos doon sa istayon ng bus takbo naman kami (Yesa, kami. Nagsama ako ng hatak as in entourage. Isa lang nauto ko eh lol. Para pag tapat ng spot light sa akin eh may taga palakpak ako!) sa patak center ni Doc Juan Flavier. Cuz you know, I need to DOH it noh! Hahaha… At times like this, I wish I have notabels, kahit kasing haba lang ng vienna sausage at kasing payat lang ng panda ballpen bwahaha *Wala akong paki sa machismo, na kesyo kelangan kasing lake ng braso ni Hulk Hogan syet!* It’s all in the performance, at nag BOW pa kamo after ng nasabing performance. HAHAHAH!!!

I came this close to this choclit cake, so close that in a blink of an eye I could have tasted it. [Must be really good though?] I dunno… Maybe?
For years, I have never eaten cakes - let alone choclit cakes… [To eat is an issue, as I’ve always deny hunger…] Did you know, that I have never eaten any cakes at all?, for years - yeah even my own birthday cake… Uhg!
I am so proud of meself, for I have resisted this guilty pleasure… [I feel good about it!]

Okay, *sighs deeply* I have pulled myself from the game. The game of pretentiousness… (Ahh, I am on a diet, SERIOUSLY!!!) I am never eating carbs again no never! Am on a diet my whole life… Name I been on it and am effin on it. From south beach, atkins, weight watchers, jenny craig, jenny craig buster, jenny effin craig diet or whatever it is I am freaking on it.
As being thin.

I was reading entries from Ambo’s site Pinoyambisyoso.com and found an entry about Kat Yarza it really touched my heart *Promise*! I may look rough and tough at times but I have a soft heart…
The girl used to be a Fine Arts student and is suffering from Neurofibromatosis. She has brain tumor, half of her body is paralyzed already and starting to get blind. She needs to raise 1.5 Million for her get an operation.
She really inspires me. Having this kind of condition, she still manages to make shirts on her own design which she is selling for Php300.00. You can visit Kat at her blog hearyeah.multiply.com.

What is Neurofibromatosis?
The neurofibromatoses are genetic disorders of the nervous system that primarily affect the development and growth of neural (nerve) cell tissues. These disorders cause tumors to grow on nerves and produce other abnormalities such as skin changes and bone deformities. Although many affected persons inherit the disorder, between 30 and 50 percent of new cases arise spontaneously through mutation (change) in an individual’s genes. Once this change has taken place, the mutant gene can be passed on to succeeding generations.
Is there any treatment?
Treatments for both NF1 and NF2 are presently aimed at controlling symptoms. Surgery can help some NF1 bone malformations and remove painful or disfiguring tumors; however, there is a chance that the tumors may grow back and in greater numbers. In the rare instances when tumors become malignant (3 to 5 percent of all cases), treatment may include surgery, radiation, or chemotherapy. For NF2, improved diagnostic technologies, such as MRI, can reveal tumors as small as a few millimeters in diameter, thus allowing early treatment. Surgery to remove tumors completely is one option but may result in hearing loss. Other options include partial removal of tumors, radiation, and if the tumors are not progressing rapidly, the conservative approach of watchful waiting. Genetic testing is available for families with documented cases of NF1 and NF2. New (spontaneous) mutations cannot be confirmed genetically. Prenatal diagnosis of familial NF1 or NF2 is also possible utilizing amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling procedures.
What is the prognosis?
In most cases, symptoms of NF1 are mild, and patients live normal and productive lives. In some cases, however, NF1 can be severely debilitating. In some cases of NF2, the damage to nearby vital structures, such as other cranial nerves and the brainstem, can be life-threatening.
