I am t-t-t-ired! From the way I suffer during my efforts to the way I consistently go out to train day after day, week after week, year after year and even the way I deprive myself of dietary items. (Today, I have to call Josh and bail-out on him. I just want to pause for a moment.) Relax myself and Indulge. Once I start eye-balling and eat it I cannot stop it. [Parang pringles, once you pop-u-can’t-stop.] You guys maybe unaware, but the resident fairie has a sweet tooth. Kaya naman ang tooth fairie ay anjan lang sa tabi-tabi nag-aabang hehehe.
*Phone Beeps* [A txt message from one of my re-search elves] Choclits lower cholesterol and prevent fat buildup in arteries. But don’t think this is a green light to go all choc-o-holic! Moderation is key, and not all chocolate is created equal, Dark varieties have the most antioxidant properties, followed by milk chocolate. - Ows? Talaga? Hmmm, justified na ba ang ginagawa ko? Hahahahaaaa… Basta, all I know is that I have this good feeling whenever I eat choclits. Life is truly sweet! [Kahit man kakahiwalay nyo lang mag-asawa o mag-jowa, mag-chocolate ka na, para feel good ever,ever,ever after!!!]
