The 2009 Henry David Ball
WHERE: Sheraton City Center Hotel on 17th and Race Sts., Philadelphia, PA
Cover: $25 in costume / $60 without
21 and over to get in, Tickets available at the door.
Aside from ‘The Butse Gang’s’ Traditional ‘Bisita Iglesia’ it’s been also a tradition of the said gang to go to the biggest Halloween party ever in Philadelphia - The gayest ever Henry David Ball…
The Henry David Halloween Ball is held every year on Halloween night at some hotel in Center City Philadelphia (This year it’s going to be held in Sheraton.)
Little about Henry David Ball: Costumes are amazing and the drag queens are gorgeous,
the people are fabulous and the music will definitely keep you on the dance floor.
I will be ‘again’ the official photographer of the ‘Butse Gang’ - As for the balls motto Don’t come as you are; come as you want to be. So I guess pa-bonggahan na naman itech ng mga costumes!

I’ve already bought my ticket for this year’s Henri David Ball. (Tickets can be bought pretty well in advance of this annual Halloween blast at Henri’s jewelry store named “Halloween at 1329 Pine St. 215-732-7711)
It’ll mark my 5th year attending. But again, I seriously doubt tickets would be sold to an event that has a fair possibility of not happening.
Btw, look for the guy wearing diapers and carrying a bunny plushie stuffed animal once again this year to see me there if you like (For any reading this that will be attending).
Again, it IS slated for the same time, and same place as usual… 9PM Halloween night… Still $25 for those in costume, $60 for those not in costume.
If you have not already bought tickets in advance for this, it is recommende3d by many to show up early, as tickets tend to go fairly fast, and I have heard stories of people turned away due to tickets being sold out by the time some arrived to buy their ticket at the door.
I look forward IMMENSELY to Henri David Ball 2009. I hope to see you all there.
