i sleep
It’s just a Lunesta away…
Whenever I am feeling frustrated, angry and depressed I sleep all day long just to getaway… (Or if I am awake, I just sit in the bed doing lazy stuffs! Like mag duket? GAGA! Humilata lang no at manood ng telebisyon maghapon magdamag!!! As in hindi ako nagalaw, yeah parang bato lang bwahahaha…) Maybe to forget it, even just for a little bit.
I am feeling frustrated with alot of things in my life right now… And aside from being and feeling frustrated I am dealing too with my anger. Just like Reyns I have anger management but unlike Reyns, my anger controls me rather than I control my anger. (It does really get into me!!!) And for that I will boat Reyns as the most friendliest blogger ever ever sa Philippine Blog Awards no. (I admit I pretty much have alot of issues within myself.) It’s just sometimes or rather oftentimes hahaha I am having such a hard time to express myself and my anger to someone. [People, Place or even a Thing] Di tiyak, Pambalana yong ganun ba bwahahaha…
I easily get irritated and annoyed even the littlest thing and that’s a FAK! (I don’t show it in some spectacular ways no!) What do I do about it? I get rid of it - I avoid it. As in ibasura!!! So from now on, I will get rid of them - people who constantly makes me angry… (See how optimistic I am!) lols…

akin na lang ang pajama mo!!!! teka, bakit parang pag magagawi ako dito hinihingi ko ang mga gamit mo? lols!
ako pag galit nagiging zombie, pati fez ko mukhang zombie. lols!

me too, i had very hard time to contain my anger. ang tagal kasi mawala ng galit ko pag hindi ko na-express at di naisiwalat sa pagmumukha ng kung sino man na kinakakagalitan ko. Pero sabi ng tambay na kakilala ko, sabi daw ng bible (di ko lang ko sure kung anong bible yun) Expressed anger is better than hidden love.
