Yes YoungCan definitely Cook! *Mandolin playing on the background* I used to watch my mother bake and cook and I guess that’s where I got mah skillz, from her… I watch her cause I wanted to be the first one to taste it lols. and as far as I could remember at the early age of 7 she showed me how to crimp/beat/mix and sautee as in hands on and I loved it!

I even worked at my aunt’s restaurant as a server and a kitchen help at times - that is if it’s so busy. (I love working in the kitchen, specially if it’s spacious! LOLS!) Now I can’t wait to move in that spacious luxurious loft with that spacious kitchen with a view of water! (Now where could that be? Reguliersgracht? Ninuninuninuniu!) Now where was I?, I want moreeee, I want to cook, really! I applied as a kitchen help at “some” prestigious restaurant - of course having no background in it, I have to start from there., Which I don’t really mind… Right? [Tagang tinanong ako ng baklang interviewer ko kung yon daw ba talaga ang gusto ko? Of course no! Hehehe alangan naman sabihin ko sa kanya na syet ka stepping stone ko lang yan… Super discourage nya ako, kasi nakaka losyang daw ang tarbahung iyon. Madalit salita hindi ako tinangap.] I did not take that personally kasi maganda ako, tama sya nakakalosyang yon! (Haller, ikaw kaya magsibak ng mga gulay as in 8 long hours? Pero yon na nga iba naman pakay ko eh…) Kaya ayon, I decided to have a Phd in HRM, ewan ko na lang ha! Hehehe.

I stopped cooking for awhile, for my “otha” ex-room mate cooks for both of us, and besides I am quite busy at that time and in fact I know she doesn’t want me to mess her kitchen no, ang KURYENTEEEEE isa pa! Ahaaahhaaa… (I cooked for her, every now and then.)

And now living with ChuvaChienes did really make a difference! For I can cook whenever I wanted to! O diva, taray! (Hati kasi kami sa kuryente at gaas? LOLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) I love cooking for myself and my friends, even at times that makes me really tired (Physically…) Seeing them eating and loving my cooking ng ina ko puts a smile on my face, and the legacy began…
