Carli Lloyd - Gives Delran a golden moment!
Whenever am getting ready for work, I always turn on the telly. Earlier I saw on the telly how Carli Lloyd, a lifelong Delran resident, put the ball past Brazilian goalkeeper Barbara in extra time for the only goal of the match, securing the U.S. team it’s fourth Olympic gold medal.
Last July 18 a over a 1,000 people join the pep rally for Carli at Lindy Hops Homemade Ice Cream Shop, they even let her name flavor the Ice Cream after Carli Lloyd’s name…
In celebration for this Gold Medal, I will be going to Delran later and taste that Carli Lloyd Ice Cream… I hope it’s MMM Good! (Kasing sarap din kaya sya ni Carlita?) I just hope so! I hope mala it melts in my mouth ang lasa noong Ice Cream ngek, wala pa kaya si Carli dito no? Asa Beijing pa diba? Hahahaha…
