For I write reviews about identity and fraud protection companies, and yet here I am…
A few weeks ago, I was doing online banking with Bank of America, at my surprise there is an unfamiliar charge, it’s almost $200 and I don’t remember that I have used that card lately (at that time when it happened) not in my knowledge that I have used that card with an amount of almost $200 - I called them immediately and asked for that certain charge. [Now, I don’t really remember using that card after purchasing some toys at fantasy world *hahaha* that was the last time I know that I have use that credit card. KY jelly doesn’t cost that MUCH!] lols…
I was really happy with Bank of America’s service - it is quite a service! They’ve remove that charge (unauthorized charge) immediately - after being on the phone with them for 5 long hours hahaah!
Gots the new credit card from them and the form that I have to fill up and send back to BA’s (Fraud Department…)
While earlier, I checked my phone bill online and I almost had a heart attack!!! Whooping $189.13 is my bill for last month?
