Diwatang Byaning

Last Saturday and Sunday I/WE was really worried. I know by heart that one of my loyal couriers is supposed to comeback from the Philippines with all that goodies that I have told her to bring. (Daing, Dangit, Tuyo, Tinapa at Lucban Longanissa) I have been calling her since 2PM Eastern time Saturday, but there is no answer… That really made me and my Nueva Yorka Amigas worried, for we don’t know where the hell is that courier and the “good stuff” that we told her to bring us hehehe…

I even called the airlines and could not provide me further information on her whereabouts ugh… *Hindi kaya na chorva na sa customs, dahil sa mga kontrabandong dala nya?*

Finally, on a late afternoon last Sunday I got a call from an unknown number. *Hayyyy, finally she is still alive and the good stuff is safe* Thanks Michele for guarding those Daing, Tuyo, Lucban Longanissa, Tinapa with your life mwahhh, Ekkkkk, hmmm where’s that Lapid’s chicharon and NFA rice that I have asked you? (You see, Michele’s Dad works in the NFA, kaya naman nagpapadala ako ng NFA, mahirap na maubusan no! Hindi daw nya alam saan bumili ng chicharon? Huh, are you kiddin’ me??? Kahit magbabalot may tindang chicharon girl!) - Nakahinga na ako ng maluwag, for I know you are safe and home…

I just got home, from a nice upper body work out! [A FA-Q: Icannot work out, without my iPod! Parang hindi ako makahinga!] I always use my iPod as in… But, now I am having sekantots of using it in the public… *Puts out the iPod and looks at my right side… Looks at my left side…. Coast is CLEAR! Listens to my muzak.*

I was watching the news earlier while working out… OMG, last Sunday in some area in Philadelphia, there had been an iCrime… It’s an iPod robbery gone terribly wrong… [Isn’t that scary? Knowing that an iPod may have been the cause of a crime?] The victim is like a block away from his home and has been shot in his neck… And his iPod missing… It was the only thing appeared to be missing said his friends.

Ano ba naglabas ba ng limited edition ang iPod na may ginto? Waket hindi ko ata alam yon? Hmmm, naku natatakot naman ako, pero sana diba hiningi na lang nya? Kung ako doon sa biktima sana ibinigay na lang nya… Sos ang masakit, paano kung iShuffle lang iyon? Ibig bang sabihin nyan eh ganun lang kamura ang iyong buhay? Sa halagang $40.00? Bwhahahahaha… Just a tot! [Kala ko ang mga mitsa ng buhay na ganito ay sa Pilipinas lang nangyayari, dito din pala.] Bukas nga punta ako sa Philadelphia, ng makabili ng bagong at murang items doon sa friend ng friend ng friend ng friend ng lolo ko na GSM - Galing Sa Magnanakaw… HAHAHAHA… ARAY KO!

Naalala ko tuloy si Jesse yong kebigan ni Chuva, nakabili ng iPod vedeo sa kanto ng kung saang Street sa Philadelphia,sa halagang $50.00 itim sya ang iPod, naiyak ako ng malaman ko iyon, malakas ang aking kutob na iyon ay yong iPod na nadukot sa akin sa tren… Sana-sana-sana binigyan ko na lang yong GSM ng $60 o kahit pa $80 siguro diba? (Ansakit, memories came crashing to, at this moment…)
