A month ago, my best friend just came back from doing a two-year fellowship in some country in Europe… At her surprise she found out that her sister has been using her name and been applying for stuffs under her name i.e credit cards, mortgages and other loans not just that the sister even committed some fraudulent crimes under my friends name….

Scrary! Right?

Here’s more…, My friend needs a home and she’s been denied of housing because of this matter because of that stolen identity!

To clear her name - the confusion and all that, today she had her finger-printing and will be faxing all the information to the Philadelphia police department. (What a pain she’s going through right now…)

Her sister is in the county jail serving time for using aliases…
