Sunday Outfest Part 2
I don’t spend much more time outside as much as I do few years back… (I mean, I was all over the place, literally. But now, I would go out maybe once a month heheehe - sometimes uhg not even! Since I started working during weekends and went back to school.) - This might just be a few of my excuses why I don’t go out that much anymore… So, yeah I feel fat and I don’t feel as confident as these lesbians are… Being fat and spotted in the city is an issue to me!!! (I don’t want other people to see my fat@%$^.)
But then again my friends had convinced me to come out last Sunday at Equality Forum’s SundayOUT…
While walking down to 5th and Market this what we saw… “Anti-Gay Slogans” Oh diba ang gandang pang welcome sa amin? Peaceful naman sila, wala namang nangyaring riot o kung ano mang ka-dramahan… Well, this ain’t new to me! I have been a victim of discrimination myself (Being a colored female lesbian - sanayan lang iyan!!! Pakapalan lang ba? LOL).
Para akong inaapuyan waaaaa….
Eto na ang ghey area chorva… Sa wakas nalagpasan din namin ang mga “gay-bashers” na iyon.
I had fun drinking, laughing and people watching with my friends.
Do you know that Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has one thing in common with Alaska… It is whale watching! What’s up with lesbians and whale watching? Oh well I just wanted y’all to know that if you wanted to do whale watching, you don’t need to go all the way to Alaska on a cruise to do that… Go to Philadelphia (Whales are everywhere!) free pa chaching! Haahahhaahahaa…
Ansaya-saya it’s such a ghey-ghey world! Of course there were alot of booths… PFLAG (Stands for? Parents of Filipino Lesbians and Gays?) was there…
